Guests, RSVP and community

Keep track of your event community

Understand event guest lists and your organizer-wide community.

In this guide
  1. Get to know the community area
  2. Review members and applicants
  3. Use segments

Get to know the community area

Open Community > Overview in the main menu. This covers more than one event. An event’s guest list helps you run that night; Community lets you review attendee and member records across your organizer account. A new account may not have data yet.

The Community menu brings together account-wide tools including Overview, Applicants, Members and Segments. The interface shown is in Turkish. Click to enlarge.

Review members and applicants

Use Members to review records and individual profiles. Applicants covers membership applications, while the RSVP screen within an event covers applications for that event. Check the scope when looking for someone.

Use segments

Use Segments to group your community by rules. Check the segment name, rules and matching people before saving. Before inviting a group, review the target event and recipient scope. If these screens are missing from your menu, have your community access checked.
