1. Upload the file

Open the importer from Guests and select your CSV or Excel file. You can use your own column names; the next step maps them to name, first name, last name, email, phone and ticket type. Map at least one of name, first/last name or email.

Import Guests in the top right opens the CSV / Excel importer. The interface shown is in Turkish. Click to enlarge.

2. Review the rows

Select a default ticket type and check the rows to include. Fix any flagged rows before sending. If the same email appears on several rows, each row receives a separate invitation. Rows without an email are created but receive no invitation. If a quota is shown, compare your selection with the remaining allowance.

3. Choose the delivery mode

Send the invitation now sends an email with the QR invitation. Ask for attendance first sends accept/decline links; the invitation PDF is prepared for guests who accept. The final send button starts delivery for the selected people. Check the created and skipped counts afterwards. If only part of the import succeeds, review the list before resending the whole file.
