Create a promo code
Choose which events and tickets a discount applies to.
Set the code and its scope
Open Promo Codes in the event menu and add a coupon. Enter the code you will share. When creating it inside an event, check that the event scope is correct. Choose all tickets or specific tickets using the options offered by the form.
Set the discount and limit
Choose Fixed Amount or Percentage. The discount applies per ticket. Total Limit caps the code’s total usage. A 20 percent discount and a fixed discount of 20 TL produce different results, so check both the type and value before sharing the code.
Check validity
Set an expiry date. Leaving it empty gives the code no expiry date. After saving, find the code in the list and check its scope and status. If it does not work, check whether the selected ticket is included, whether the code has expired and whether its usage limit has been reached.
