Tickets and sales
Show ticket sales, RSVP or a waiting list
Understand what each sales mode shows visitors and which mode takes priority.
Open Sales Mode
Open Event Settings > Sales Mode from the event menu. The summary at the top shows what visitors currently see on the event page. Changes apply directly to published events without a separate BUGECE approval.
When more than one mode is enabled
Modes take priority in this order:
- Sales Coming Soon: shows a countdown to the sale date and hides the event from listings.
- RSVP / Guest List: visitors complete an application form.
- Waiting List: visitors sign up for updates.
- Ticket Sales: visitors can buy tickets.
An enabled mode higher in the list takes priority over the modes below it. If both ticket sales and RSVP are enabled, visitors see the application form.
Check the result
Set the sale date before enabling Sales Coming Soon. If the event is unpublished, the settings are saved but are not shown to visitors. An ended event appears as a past event. Check the active-mode summary after making a change.
