Tickets and sales

Manage ticket inventory and sales status

Add inventory, pause sales and organize tickets into categories.

In this guide
  1. Distinguish total inventory from remaining tickets
  2. Pause or resume sales
  3. Keep tickets organized

Distinguish total inventory from remaining tickets

Edit the ticket in Digital Tickets. Target total stock is the total you want to reach, not the quantity you want to add. If the current total is 100 and you enter 150, the difference of 50 is added. Tickets reserved in carts are preserved. Check both the total and remaining quantities afterwards.

Each ticket row shows sold, remaining and total inventory. The interface shown is in Turkish. Click to enlarge.

Pause or resume sales

Use Pause Sales or Resume Sales on the ticket. An active ticket is not necessarily available to buy on the event page. Event publication, sales mode, ticket dates and the hidden-ticket setting also affect availability.

Keep tickets organized

Use categories to distinguish admission types such as General Admission and Backstage. Move tickets between categories or use selection mode to work with several tickets together. Check the selected tickets and destination category before confirming a move.
