Orders and reports

Read sales and entry reports

Find event reports and compare figures within the right scope.

In this guide
  1. Choose the scope first
  2. Tickets sold and check-ins are different
  3. If a report is missing

Choose the scope first

For a single event, use its sales and report screens. For an account-wide view, open Analytics > Sales from the main menu. Check the selected event and any date filters before sharing a report.

Date and event filters on the Sales screen determine the report scope. The interface shown is in Turkish. Click to enlarge.

Tickets sold and check-ins are different

Sales and entry reports answer different questions. Sales reports cover ticket transactions; entry reports cover recorded door admissions. Guest invitations and ticket holders who have not arrived mean the totals need not match. When investigating a difference, first check that you are comparing the same event and ticket scope.

If a report is missing

Report access depends on team permissions. The Final Report also requires the event to have ended and the account to have the appropriate access. If a colleague can see a report that you cannot, ask your organizer administrator to check your role.
