Manage ticket selection, customer details and payment method in POS.

Select tickets and quantities
Open POS Sales for the event. Use the plus and minus controls to choose quantities. For a door-only price, create a door ticket; it is sold only through POS and is not listed on the website or app. Its quota cannot be reduced below the number already sold.
Check customer and payment details
Enter the customer’s name and contact details. A phone number enables SMS ticket delivery; email is optional. Select the method used: Cash, Credit Card or Payment Link. Complete company and tax fields if an invoice is requested. Check quantities and the payment summary before the final action.
Wait for the payment-link result
When using Payment Link, share the generated link with the customer. Creating the link does not complete payment. Follow the on-screen Waiting for payment and Payment received, ticket delivered statuses. Check the transaction in POS Sales History afterwards.
